Koh Mook Photography, It’s the third largest island in Trang Province and is located in Hat Chao Mai National Park. This place is perfect for chilling out, with its beautiful nature, white sandy beaches, and great snorkeling spots. One of the coolest things you can do to watch dugongs is munching on seagrass along the coast.
Koh Mook is all about peace and beauty. The local fishermen are super friendly to tourists, making it an awesome place for a beach wedding.

How to go to Koh Mook
Koh Mook is a beautiful island in Trang Province, not too far from the Khuan Tung Ku Pier in Kantang District. It only takes about 30 minutes to get from the pier to Koh Mook. If you’re planning to visit, the passenger boat leaves at 12:45, but you can also hop on a long-tail boat for around 600 baht per boat, which can seat about 10 people. Once you arrive at the pier on Koh Mook, you’ll rent a motorbike to explore the island. Have a great trip!

Wedding in Koh Mook
On 2 January, I and team of photographer and videographers traveled from Phuket to Koh Mook, Trang. for pre-meet with Andrea and Pavel the wedding couple from the Czech Republic, to discuss the details of their wedding to be held at Koh Mook, Trang, Thailand.
Andrea and Pavel contacted me about 1 year in advance for a photoshoot there wedding. They assigned me to take pictures and Wedding videos of their wedding in Thailand. I was very excited to know that Andrea is a very skilled photographer as well. This makes me feel pressured to come to shoot a professional photographer.
Pre-Meeting with Andrea and Pavel
My team of wedding videographers had a great time meeting at Sivalai Resort Trang. We arrived at 2 pm, greeted each other, and got to know one another before discussing the exciting schedule for the big day. We’re all set to start shooting at 1 pm tomorrow when Andrea begins to get ready at Sivalai Resort for her makeup and hairdo. Meanwhile, Pavel will be getting ready with his friends at Smile Resort, which is about 5 kilometers away from Andrea’s location.
We had a lovely chat to make sure we’re all on the same page for the wedding ceremony at Farang Beach, which is about a 20-minute journey from where Andrea is getting dressed. Andrea and the bridal party are taking a long-tail boat, while Pavel and his friends will be traveling by tricycle.
The video team and I went over the timeline with Andrea and Pavel to make sure we capture all the special moments of their wedding day without missing a single detail.
Engagement Photo session in Koh Mook
After going over the wedding details with Andrea and Pavel, We had a wonderful time taking photos and videos at different spots in Sivalai Resort and on the stunning long beach. We were fortunate today because the breeze kept things cool and gave us the opportunity to capture many beautiful, natural-looking photos.
Big day in Koh Mook Trang
On January 3, we had an amazing time capturing Andrea and Pavel’s special day in Thailand. We started at Sivalai Resort, where we got some beautiful shots of Andrea and her friends getting ready. Then, we rushed over to Smile Resort to capture Pavel and his friends as they prepared for the big day. Everything went smoothly, and we didn’t miss a single moment of the wedding photography. It was a wonderful experience!
Wedding Ceremony
The wedding ceremony kicked off on the west side of the island at 5 pm. The weather on the beach is super hot right now, and the soft sandy beach is making it a bit tricky to walk and capture the wedding ceremony. But no worries for me and my team, as we’re the most professional beach wedding photographers in Thailand. We were able to handle the challenge with no problem at all!
Dinner Reception
The dinner reception is kicking off at 7 pm in a really cozy setting. After some heartwarming speeches, get ready for a fantastic surprise with fireworks and a beautiful local southern Thai dance show on the beach at night. It’s going to be so much fun and will definitely leave a lasting impression on all the guests. The wedding photography and videography team will wrap up capturing Andrea and Pavel’s special day in Trang province at 10:30 pm.
